Returns & Shipping


In stock items typically ship within 48 hours of the time of the order. If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, items will not be shipped until the next business day. We cannot guarantee that your package will ship within 48 hours. If you have a question about when your item(s) will ship, please contact us.

Please contact us at if you need an item immediately so we can arrange expedited shipping.

We use UPS and USPS for shipping. 


We understand that mistakes happen. Derby 4 All accepts returns and exchanges for 60 days from the date of shipment if the product has all the original packaging and has not been used.

Please contact us at before returning any items so we can give you instructions.


We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Once we receive your return, we will credit back your card, less the restocking fee.


We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanges on unused or damaged/defective items, but the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. If WE messed up and sent you the wrong item, Derby 4 All will cover the cost of shipping. We strive for excellence in customer service and want you to be pleased with your purchase.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow returns or exchanges on the following products:

Special Orders
Skates that have been used
Custom boots including custom sizing, widths or colors
Items that say they may not be returned nor exchanged
Sale, clearance, and closeout items


If you live in the Twin Cities area or will be around to visit, you can save money on shipping and pick up your order during our open hours! Please contact us to confirm that your order is ready to be picked up before coming in. If the item you ordered is not in stock, it may take some time to get it in.
